موضوع بحث:«واکاوی دیدگاه فلسفی و اسلامی امام خامنه ای«مدظله العالی»در مورد انحطاط وافول تمدن غرب ونشانگان صورت مختلف استعمار تاریخی ومدرن ان»

تدوین وتبیین:دکتر محمد بنائیان سفید. این موضوع در همایش «ما وغرب»درتاریخ۱۴۰۴/۸/۱۹،از انگاره امام خامنه ای«مدظله العالی »در سالن همایش های صدا و سیما برگزارگردید، که از سوی اندیشمندان اسلامی در ابعاد مختلف مطرح وچکیده مقالات ارائه شده،دردبیرخانه همایش ،منتشر گردید که امیدواریم این چکیده به زبانهای مختلف ترجمه ومقدمه ای برای کنفرانس های بین المللی واسلامی باشد. این موضوع به یکی از کلیدی‌ترین و پرتکرارترین مفاهیم در گفتمان و بیانات مقام معظم رهبری، حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای (مد ظله العالی) اشاره دارد. تحلیل معظم له از تمدن غرب، یک تحلیل فلسفی-تاریخی، است که ریشه در مبانی اسلامی و اندیشه‌های انقلابی دارد.

در ادامه، دیدگاه فلسفی مقام رهبری ،در مورد انحطاط تمدن غرب و نشانگان تاریخی آن را به طور خلاصه و ساختاریافته توضیح می‌دهیم:

مبانی فلسفی تحلیل انحطاط غرب از دیدگاه امام خامنه ای «مدظله العالی»:

معظم له، انحطاط غرب را نه یک شکست موقت یا فنی، بلکه یک «زوال بنیادین و معرفتی» می‌دانند که از چند نقطه کانونی ناشی می‌شود:

1. بحران معنویت و مادیت محض (سکولاریسم):

   · ریشه اصلی انحطاط، جدایی دین از زندگی (سکولاریسم) است. تمدن غرب با محوریت «اومانیسم» (انسان محوری) و کنار گذاشتن خدا و معنویت، پوچی و بی‌هدفی را در درون خود پرورش داده است. این تمدن به جای «هدفمندی آفرینش»، به «اصالت لذت و مصرف» رسیده است.

2. عقلانیت ابزاری و فقدان عقلانیت ارزشی:

   · غرب عقل را تنها در خدمت پیشرفت مادی و تسلط بر طبیعت به کار گرفته است (عقلانیت ابزاری). اما این عقل، پاسخگوی سوالات بنیادین حیات، اخلاق و سعادت بشر نیست. نتیجه آن، پیشرفت‌های شگفت‌انگیز تکنولوژیک در کنار عقب‌ماندگیهای عمیق اخلاقی و معنوی است.

3. اومانیسم رادیکال (انسان به جای خدا):

   · هنگامی که انسان محور همه چیز قرار گیرد، معیاری فراتر از خواست و هوس بشری برای تعریف «خیر و شر» و «حقیقت» باقی نمی‌ماند. این امر به نسبی‌گرایی اخلاقی و هرج و مرج ارزشی می‌انجامد که جامعه را از درون می‌پوساند.

4. لیبرال دموکراسی به مثابه یک سیستم معیوب:

   · از دیدگاه معظم له، دموکراسی غربی، صوری و در خدمت سرمایه‌داران و صاحبان قدرت است. این سیستم نه تنها نتوانسته است عدالت را محقق کند، بلکه با ایجاد شکاف عمیق طبقاتی و تحکیم استثمار جهانی، به ابزاری برای سلطه تبدیل شده است.(استعمار درون جوش،استعمار روانی (اغوا ،ارعاب وتحقیر،استعمار اقتصادی،فرهنگی،و…)

نشانگان تاریخی انحطاط تمدن غرب از نگاه امام خامنه ای:

معظم له، در بیانات مختلف خود به مصادیق عینی این انحطاط اشاره کرده‌اند که برخی از مهم‌ترین آن‌ها عبارتند از:

1. انحطاط اخلاقی و فروپاشی خانواده:

   · شیوع بی‌بندوباری جنسی، همجنس‌گرایی، از بین رفتن حریم خانواده، کاهش شدید فرزندآوری و پدیده‌هایی مانند سقط جنین را نشانه‌های بارز زوال اخلاقی جامعه غرب می‌دانند. اینها نتیجه مستقیم اومانیسم و نسبی‌گرایی اخلاقی هستند.

2. استعمار نو و ظلم جهانی:

   · تاریخ چندصدساله غرب، مملو از استعمار، برده‌داری، جنگ‌های جهانی، کشتار جمعی و غارت ملت‌هاست. ایشان تأکید دارند که ذات این تمدن، بر ظلم و استکبار استوار است و امروز نیز در قالب «استکبار جهانی» به سرکردگی آمریکا ادامه دارد.

3. بحران هویت و پوچی (نیهیلیسم):

   · جوامع غربی با وجود رفاه مادی، از افسردگی، خودکشی، اعتیاد و احساس پوچی رنج می‌برند. این بحران‌های روانی-اجتماعی، نشانه روشنی از شکست تمدن غرب در پاسخ به نیازهای فطری و معنوی بشر است.

4. دوگانگی و ریاکاری در سیاست خارجی:

   · شعارهای زیبای حقوق بشر، دموکرسی و آزادی در عمل تنها در خدمت منافع قدرت‌های غربی است. معظم له ،به نمونه‌هایی مانند حمایت از رژیم صهیونیستی، دیکتاتوری‌های همسو و ایجاد گروه‌های تروریستی مثل داعش اشاره می‌کنند که این دورویی ذاتی تمدن غرب را اثبات می‌کند.

5. علم بدون ایمان:

   · پیشرفت علمی در غرب، به جای خدمت به بشریت، اغلب در مسیر ساخت سلاح‌های کشتار جمعی، تخریب محیط زیست و ایجاد تکنولوژی‌های ضداخلاقی (مانند مهندسی ژنتیک غیرمسئولانه) قرار گرفته است. این نشان می‌دهد که علم وقتی از چارچوب ارزش‌های الهی خارج شود، می‌تواند ویرانگر باشد.

جمع‌بندی نهایی:

از دیدگاه حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای(مد ظله العالی)، تمدن غرب به «پایان خط» خود رسیده است. این یک شکست تکنولوژیک نیست، بلکه یک «شکست معرفتی و فلسفی» است.

این تمدن به سوالات اساسی بشر پاسخی نداده و بلکه بحران‌زا شده است.معظم له ،با الهام از قرآن و اندیشه حضرت امام خمینی (ره)، «تمدن نوین اسلامی» را به عنوان آلترناتیو و جایگزین حقیقی این تمدن در حال زوال مطرح می‌کنند. تمدنی که با محوریت «خدا»، «عقلانیت توحیدی» و «اخلاق» می‌تواند هم نیازهای مادی و هم معنوی بشر را پاسخ گوید و جامعه‌ای عادلانه، آزاد و اخلاقمند بسازد.

این تحلیل، نقشه راهی برای جهان اسلام و به ویژه ملت ایران ترسیم می‌کند که با اعتماد به نفس و تکیه بر فرهنگ و ارزش‌های اصیل اسلامی، بتوانند در برابر هجمه فرهنگی غرب ایستاده و الگوی جدیدی از زندگی و پیشرفت را به جهانیان عرضه کنند.

This topic was presented at the “We and the West” conference on 1404/8/19 [February 8, 2026], based on the framework of Imam Khamenei (May His Shadow Endure), held at the IRIB International Conference Center. It was addressed by Islamic scholars in various dimensions, and the abstracts of the presented papers were published by the conference secretariat. We hope this abstract will be translated into various languages and serve as an introduction for international Islamic conferences. This subject addresses one of the most key and frequently recurring concepts in the discourse and statements of the Supreme Leader, His Eminence Ayatollah Khamenei (May His Shadow Endure). His analysis of Western civilization is a philosophical-historical one, rooted in Islamic principles and revolutionary thought.

Below, we briefly and structurally explain the philosophical perspective of the Supreme Leader regarding the decline of Western civilization and its historical symptoms:

The Philosophical Foundations of the Analysis of Western Decline from the Perspective of Imam Khamenei (May His Shadow Endure):

His Eminence considers the decline of the West not as a temporary or technical failure, but as a “fundamental and epistemological collapse” stemming from several focal points:

1. Crisis of Spirituality and Pure Materialism (Secularism):

   · The primary root of decline is the separation of religion from life (secularism). Western civilization, centered on “Humanism” and marginalizing God and spirituality, has nurtured emptiness and purposelessness within itself. This civilization has arrived at the “primacy of pleasure and consumption” instead of the “purposefulness of creation.”

2. Instrumental Rationality and Lack of Value-Based Rationality:

   · The West has employed reason solely in the service of material progress and domination over nature (instrumental rationality). However, this reason cannot answer fundamental questions about existence, ethics, and human felicity. The result is astonishing technological advancements alongside profound moral and spiritual backwardness.

3. Radical Humanism (Man Replacing God):

   · When man becomes the axis of everything, no criterion beyond human desire and whim remains to define “good and evil” and “truth.” This leads to moral relativism and value chaos, which corrodes society from within.

4. Liberal Democracy as a Defective System:

   · From the perspective of His Eminence, Western democracy is superficial and serves capitalists and the powerful. This system has not only failed to achieve justice but, by creating deep class divisions and consolidating global exploitation, has become an instrument for domination (Endogenous Colonialism, Psychological Colonialism – seduction, intimidation, and humiliation – economic colonialism, cultural colonialism, etc.).

Historical Symptoms of the Decline of Western Civilization from the View of Imam Khamenei:

In various statements, His Eminence has pointed to concrete examples of this decline, some of the most important of which are:

1. Moral Decadence and Collapse of the Family:

   · They consider the prevalence of sexual promiscuity, homosexuality, the destruction of family sanctity, a sharp decline in birth rates, and phenomena like abortion as clear signs of the moral decay of Western society. These are direct consequences of humanism and moral relativism.

2. Modern Colonialism and Global Oppression:

   · The centuries-long history of the West is filled with colonialism, slavery, world wars, mass killings, and the plunder of nations. He emphasizes that the essence of this civilization is based on oppression and arrogance, and it continues today in the form of “global arrogance” led by America.

3. Identity Crisis and Nihilism (Meaninglessness):

   · Despite material welfare, Western societies suffer from depression, suicide, addiction, and a sense of meaninglessness. These psycho-social crises are clear evidence of the failure of Western civilization in addressing the innate and spiritual needs of humanity.

4. Duplicity and Hypocrisy in Foreign Policy:

   · Beautiful slogans of human rights, democracy, and freedom are, in practice, solely in the service of Western powers’ interests. His Eminence points to examples such as support for the Zionist regime, aligned dictatorships, and the creation of terrorist groups like ISIS, which prove this inherent duplicity of Western civilization.

5. Science without Faith:

   · Scientific progress in the West, instead of serving humanity, has often been directed towards building weapons of mass destruction, environmental destruction, and creating anti-ethical technologies (such as irresponsible genetic engineering). This shows that science, when divorced from divine values, can be destructive.

Final Conclusion:

From the perspective of His Eminence Ayatollah Khamenei (May His Shadow Endure), Western civilization has reached “the end of the line.” This is not a technological failure, but an “epistemological and philosophical failure.”

This civilization has provided no answers to humanity’s fundamental questions and has, instead, become a source of crisis. Inspired by the Quran and the thought of Imam Khomeini (RA), His Eminence proposes the “New Islamic Civilization” as the true alternative and replacement for this declining civilization. A civilization that, centered on “God,” “monotheistic rationality,” and “ethics,” can address both the material and spiritual needs of humanity and build a just, free, and ethical society.

This analysis charts a roadmap for the Islamic world, and particularly for the Iranian nation, to stand firm against the cultural assault of the West with self-confidence and reliance on authentic Islamic culture and values, and to present a new model of life and progress to the world.

And our final call is: All praise is due to God, the Lord of the worlds.
